Everything was perfect (safe, SUPER convenient location, clean, etc.) and the check-in and check-out system (they have these self-serve machines so you don't have to wait in line or go up to the desk) was the most efficient and innovative thing I've ever experienced at a hotel. "My granddaughters and I found our room to be comfortable and convenient to the sites we wished to visit while in Toronto. The breakfast provided was very good except for the “cheese omelets” which were more like rubber yellow pancakes. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. "
