Great well taken care of boutique hotel. Loved the decoration and the quiet area of Evanston. Breakfast was great and a sit down service that was much appreciated.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed to relax. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and coffee. I would have liked a vending machine on the upper floor instead of having to come down to the lobby to purchase any snacks or something to drink, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was large and beds were comfortable. Location is in a pleasant area, close to many restaurants, stores, and pharmacies. I will definitely stay here again.

I wish I had been notified that the elevator was out of service. The young lady who checked me in gave me a room on the second floor but when I returned that evening I was out on the 4th floor. I unfortunately have a knee which was in extreme pain after walking all over Downtown. Two elderly women were MORTIFIED that they had to climb stairs to the FIFTH FLOOR, of course the stairwell was thick with humidity and NO air conditioning… This situation for SUCH A LANDMARK is disappointing to say the...

The breakfast was great

Booked for NY Eve as an intermediate "landing spot" rather than staying downtown or driving home to Milwaukee. I've stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn, and this Residence Inn is a MUCH better experience and at slightly better pricing.

The staff here is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My room was clean and had a nice view of the city and the lake. Hotel is in a great location. I’ve stayed here multiple times and will definitely stay here in the future.

The property and staff are excellent. Been staying here for years. Everything has gotten better post covid.

Decent place decent spot decent price

The staff was friendly and helpful. They also paid close attention to make sure that the people entering were guests and did it with class not being mean. It makes me feel safe when staff is on duty and makes sure guests are safe. The woman who checked me in explained the amenities check out time and breakfast time. Very pleasant as was gentleman in the evening. Very clean room and good rates

The motel was easy to get to and the room itself was very clean and well presented. I appreciate the breakfast too.

Booked a suite with two double beds but the next day got a call from the hotel saying that the double beds were not available but they could offer us queen beds in two separate rooms for no extra charge it worked out perfect the rooms were next to each other if it's a good Outcome and resolution to the situation the area was good lots of free parking for gas and next to another hotel at the Hampton Inn at the other side of the highway there was a large mall and lots of really nice restaurants I...

Staff is friendly

Tight parking lot, but did luck out and get one of the covered spots in a rainstorm. Room was clean, heat kept me toasty, was supplied w coffeepot and shampoos and 2 smallish towels. Bed not made of clouds but totally fine. No fridge if that matters to you. It's a nice clean room to sleep in, good location, didn't feel like I was in sketchville, and was the best price for these attributes I could get without resorting to a hostel/shared room. I'd be happy to book there again.
