“On arrival I was charged again for the room I had already paid for in November. After I checked and realised I'd been charged twice, hotels.com were extremely helpful and in the end the management at premiere inn did refund my money ( that's still not in account) the manager there was very helpful and apologetic. Overall it was a good night in the end.”

“It is a travesty to call the Wiltshire hotel a spa. We had had a long day travelling and were looking forward to a really nice spa experience. We were given a locker key and a sad towel, no robe. The ladies changing rooms were a disgrace. Broken tiles, grubby floor and a section had been roped off. The pool area was dirty with broken tiles, and mould on the floor tiles. My bathroom was a few steps away from the room and it was good. The shower was pretty small. I got in but could not move around so I decided to wash off in sinks. The staff were wonderful to me. “Nice village put with good parking a nice clean room”

“Lots of character, authentic, old inn (original part built circa 1690) set in beautiful countryside. Some parking on site at rear, but one evening we had to park on the roadside. (It is a quiet road so OK.) There is a nice seating area in a garden in front of the Inn. Nice ambiance overall. Staff are very friendly. Evening meal and breakfast were good. The double room we stayed in was sufficiently quiet and of an acceptable size. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area.”

“Parking was only ok because we arrived late in the day on a Saturday and were able to park on the street outside for free. Any other day and I think you’d have to pay to park on the high street. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Only stayed one night so no complaints. Pinos across the road was excellent for dinner. ”
