Central United States, United States of America hotel rooms at the Budget Host

"Their version of a king bed apparently does not exist… I paid to upgrade to a king bed and was surprised to see I had to been given a queen. I went down to ask if we had been placed in the wrong room. The staff member checked and said it was a king bed… but no it was not. I went back to check and I was able to measure the bed, and confirm it was in fact a queen size bed. I was frustrated by the money grab of an upgrade that I didn’t even receive. The staff member also just seemed unwilling to help, super frustrating. "

"Clean room. Nice staff. Gym had a lot of broken equipment, TV in room didn’t work most of the time, shower door wouldn’t stay shut. Our first room had a leak but staff were kind enough to change our rooms."

"They need to change their "standard" view description to "no" view or "blocked" view. We were given room 408 that opened up to a dark wall & littered ledge. Room was also vary dated. Would not be staying there again."

"Hotel was very clean, but rooms and hotel could use some updating. Location was perfect for all the things we had planned. Staff and food were amazing!!!! Would definitely return just based off of the care provided by the staff. "
