“As soon as we got there we were greeted by Dee! She was sincerely happy we showed up. We have never been greeted by anyone with so much charisma along with her professional down to earth attitude made checking easy as easy can be. It almost made us want to hangout at the front desk for quite awhile. The cleaning staff obviously cares about how they perform their job. “Front desk staff rude and did not tell us anything at all about the room, the stay and extremely slow. Someone else’s garbage left in our room - on the vanity (used oral care). Room was freezing as unit heater was difficult to use. Room keys sometimes work, sometimes don’t. Would not go back.”

For the great price, this is one of the best hotels we have found in Columbus, Nebraska. We are return customers using this hotel usually 3 nights at least 6 times every year.”
