"We chose to stay at the Cathedral Valley Inn in Caineville rather than in Torrey while visiting Capitol reef national Park in April 2026. The inn is rather small but the rooms are large and the owners work on site and were extremely helpful. The double beds room has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. There's a complimentary breakfast with limited options, and a pool and a hot tub although the pool. and hot tub don't open until the end of April. Being outside of Torrey, the night skies are absolutely stunning with no other businesses nearby. Be aware there are no nearby convenience stores or gas stations since the closest town is Hanksville. There is no cell reception and the free Wi-Fi offered by the inn might be slow sometimes depending on how busy the inn is. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again if we return to the area."

"I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding the condition of my room. Upon arrival, I noticed the bed linens were heavily creased and appeared used. This gives the impression that the room wasn't properly cleaned before my check-in. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this experience has been quite unsettling. I'd like to have this addressed immediately."

"The room was clean and pleasant. I especially liked the mural pictures of the landscaping around Delta. It mirrored what we saw outside in a beautiful sunset. It was great to come back from mining trilobites and have a nice clean spot to take a shower and park in front of the door every time we arrived. The only downside was the refrigerator sounded like a storm blowing all the time. The staff was friendly and answered questions pleasantly. Thanks so much for a great stay. If we came back to Delta to go trilobite mining we would stay here again."
