“This property was incredibly beautiful. This hotel is more for couples and my husband and I enjoyed it. The food was amazing. Everyone on the staff went over and beyond to assist you with whatever you need. The atmosphere was great as well. The perfect get away to relax, reflect and restore. My husband and I would like to thank specifically Curtis,Emmanuel, Ivan, Alfonso, Noel and Francisco. Thank you!”

“센트로까지 걸어서 40분 정도 걸리는 거리라서 약간 멀지만 주변에 편의시설이나 패스트푸드점이 많아서 생활하기에 불편한 점은 별로 없습니다. 청소도 깨끗하게 하지만 창문을 열 수가 없는데다 양탄자 바닥이어서 공기질이 굉장히 안 좋습니다. 제 방의 경우는 좋지 않은 냄새도 났습니다. 특히 이 호텔이 개선해야 할 점은 직원들의 고객응대입니다. 호텔이라고 할 수 없을 정도로 청소하시는 아주머니를 제외하고는 인사도 먼저 하는 법이 없고 웃는 법도 없었습니다. 장기간 여행을 하면서도 이런 호텔은 처음이었습니다. ”

“This place was the perfect way to end our honeymoon trip to Costa Rica. Loved how eco conscious this hotel was. It was a beautiful, quiet stay tucked away in the jungle with close access to the beach. The monkeys paid us a visit on the patio and we heard them around the hotel, which was a pretty cool experience! The pool is very nice and clean and was a great way to cool off after the beach and our excursions. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they offer a lot of fun excursions and...

“Stayed in the Townhouse suite and it was absolutely amazing! So comfy and beautiful and they restocked snacks and water for me daily. The food at the resort was so good and I felt very taken care of and safe here. They even decorated the place for my husbands birthday! 10/10 service. The butlers went above and beyond.”
