“Photos on Travcelocity are totally deceiving, the location is not close to the beach or ocean. It is not possible to walk to a beach or safe to walk to the ocean. It is located close to a lot of restaurants as it is situated in the Korean English School area. The room condition was good and clean. The building condition was a bit run-down. “The place it was really nice but the only thing is when you check in it’s not smooth you have to wait because there no approval from the owner when I check in so I waited and I don’t have so much time because I need to meet my family ! But over all happy with my accommodation! ”

“정말 숙박을 하기에는 괜찮은 곳. 하지만 처음 오시는 분이라면 비추천. 세부 시티와 많이 멀리 떨어져있고, 교통이 그랩을 제외하면 로컬 교통수단을 이용해야하기 때문에 힘듬. 라푸라푸 시티 사람들은 새경빌리지를 알지만, 세부 시티에서 넘어올 때 모를 수도 있음. 그런 부분이 아쉬움. 그리고 바퀴벌레가 나와서 곤욕을 치뤘음. 또한 하우스키핑을 할 때에는 금액 추가가 있음.”

“I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot!
