“전체적으로 건물은 깔끔한 현대식인데 집 안 전체에 개미가 너무 많아요ㅠㅠ 벽이랑 바닥, 가구 할 것 없이 막 기어다녀요 그리고 생수 제공이라 되어 있었는데 생수는 없었구요 드라이기도 없어서 불편했네요 뉴타운이라 근처 음식점,카페,마트 있어서 그건 좋았구요”

“Units Wifi did not work even when property manager came to help connect. When you walk in the room, mold smell hits your nose immediately and there was mold all around the bathtub. Blanket smelled like it hadn't been washed from the previous renter, pillow had spots of blood on it. Private beach is a 8-10 minute walk, this building is not beachfront. I would not recommend staying at this location”

“ 아들과 갑자기 필리핀에가게되어서 급하게 예약했는데 주인분들 굉장히친절했어요. 하지만 소음이 너무심해서 아이가 스트레스를많이받았어요 시설은 있을건 다있는데 전자랜지가 있음 좋을거같네요 ㅎㅎ ”

“Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…”

“Front Desk staff was not helpful and were uninterested in helping or answering questions. Most interested in their phones. The AC was not cooling well and appeared to be somewhat dirty. I sent a message to the property. When I didn't receive a response on online I went to front desk and asked for help. The lady said she would send a request for maintenance. Two days later I received an e-mail saying I needed to call myself and request repair. My experience was there was no real interest...
