Loved the property. Perfectly located and very quaint. The breakfast was included and was ok. A bit of noise from the rooms above ours.

Staff checking-in and checking-out were very nice and cheerful. Staff for breakfast were inattentive-food was cold and limited!

The hotel is fantastic but the city has to clean up the homeless just down the street.

The costumer service bis excellent!

Staff was so friendly and the room was clean!

Cute, clean and affordable motel. Staff was very friendly. Nearby coffee drive-through and excellent Wok restaurant. Downtown is a 15-20 minute walk but very doable.

Excellent!

Darling vintage style motel with lake view. Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The beds were comfy and the property was quiet enough to hear the river. The balcony had a small table and chairs and we sat and drank our coffee there in the morning. A perfect trip!

Nicely placed so you can access downtown cashmere. Clean and nice.

The inn was located just a few blocks from the center of town and the lake, making it easy to walk instead of having to drive. The rooms, while small, were clean, the property was spotless, and the staff that operated both the inn and its associated food service were the best. We never saw them that they were not smiling and always asked if we needed anything. This is a hidden gem for those who don't need the big hotel feel at Lake Chelan Wa.

For a small place to stay it was very clean

Was a pleasure to spend the weekend at the Sprague Motel. The managers were friendly and helpful and our room was great. Would definitely stay again.

Very helpful proprieter who pointed us in the direction of things we needed

Renovated rooms are very nice! Enjoyed my stay.

I saw that in the pool area, they had multiple grilling options for people to have cookouts on extended stays. The staff also is very friendly and approachable, and the owner G even took time to welcome me and ensure everything was good with my stay.

Well lit parking lot, safe area. Very quiet at night. Staff was absolutely welcoming and friendly. I don’t know if the front desk man is the owner or an hourly employee but if he’s hourly, I hope he’s compensated appropriately. Very nice man. Hotel is close to all kinds of food and shops. Great for walking to dinner after spending all day in a car.
