“We booked this hotel through Expedia during a very hot weekend because the listing displayed photographs of a swimming pool among the property’s amenities and facilities. Upon arrival, before checking in, we discovered that the hotel does not actually have a swimming pool on site. The pool shown in the listing is a municipal pool located elsewhere.
As the presence of a pool was a significant factor in our booking decision, we raised the issue immediately and requested a refund. We never checked...
