“First of all the surroundings , I didn’t feel safe, two dancing places that kept the music up to 4 am , second the place is old , everything is , the room furniture, the kitchen, the bathroom, the sheets , the pillows smell like peoples body oil , I sat on the couch all night couldn’t handled the smell of the bed. “Breakfast was very poor just a pair of bags with plain bread. We asked for butter multiple times they never had butter. There were several of us on this trip some other stayed at other hotels that were cheaper and they got full real breakfast with cheese, butter and eggs with arepas. They need to get better with breakfast.”

“Poor maintenance and outdated equipment and furniture.”

“일년에 한븬씩 Cali에 오면 찾는데 언제나 맘에 듭니다”

“Hotel was under construction. Suite is not recommendable as it seems that 2 single rooms were combined, and hight of room was too shallow. Don't know how's other rooms in tower 1 cuz the Suite i stayed was located old one. In general, service was good anyway.”

“Muy bien ubicado en una zona segura y bonita. El personal súper súper amable”

Todo el personal nos recibió con mucha calidez y nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Pero quiero hacer un agradecimiento muy especial a...

“That was great. It is located in a good place. Nearby, there are a series of good quality restaurants and bars. I was sick after a long flight. A woman working at the bar (hotel) gave me a cup of tea. It was a great memory and i belive that it shows how they works plainly. ”
