Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

"A/C not working. Apparently shut off as to the time of the year and local ordinance? Bare bulb lamp, no shade. 4 hangers. Bathtub/ shower had mildew stains, drain plug laying on the side of the tub probably due to the fact that drain was very slow so we are standing in dirty water. Asked to change rooms which is being accommodated for days 2 & 3, haven’t seen that room yet. "

"The rooms were large. The location was excellent, close to the main areas but very quiet. The bed was extremely firm, too firm for us. Generally, it was a little dated. Breakfast was okay. In my opinion, not a 4 star property though. "

"This was an amazing romantic room with hot tub. Would reccomend this for anyone staying in Palermo. The bed was huge and four poster in style. The room was large enough and had good storage. My only comment would be that the room was a tad dark and there was no full length mirror. "
