This apartment had one bedroom and two full bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, it was pretty nice. Very modern and clean. I would stay here again.
It was about 15 minutes walking distance to the center of Palermo. We were able to find parking near the apartment, free parking.
The host communicated well with us on whatsup with directions, he was attentive. When we arrived there was only a large bed for me, my wife, and my daughter. I asked about the bedding for my daughter, he said he did not fix the sofa for my teenage daughter because he was expecting my teenage daughter to sleep with us. This seemed like a silly excuse not to have a bed ready for her.
I asked for an extra pillow, he said he did not have any.
He insisted to charge me for 36 Euros in cash for city taxes, I asked to charge my credit card and charge me more to pay for extra fees, he refused with another silly excuse, I do not even remember what it was. He was polite, but he did not do anything extra to please or be nice to us.
This was an amazing romantic room with hot tub. Would reccomend this for anyone staying in Palermo. The bed was huge and four poster in style. The room was large enough and had good storage. My only comment would be that the room was a tad dark and there was no full length mirror.
Room was clean and comfortable. We wanted a one night stay near the train station so this was fine for one night. If we were to spend more nights we may choose accommodations in an another area as it was located on a busy street. The elevator was not working so we had to walk up 70 steps to get to our room.
Marco was pleasant and responsive. I didn't know it was not a standalone hotel though and I arrived in town early so had to wait several hours before I could get access. When I did Marco was accommodating. That was appreciated.
He also refunded me because I over paid the guest tax, which was great.
This property was not as advertised. The room I was allocated was not at the address I booked. This appeared to be an Airbnb in council housing. Upon arrival, I was extraordinarily disappointed and very nervous to even spend the night. My daughter and I were forced to find alternate accommodation at our expense. I would not recommend this property.

Room was very clean and spacious. The hot tub was fantastic and definitely a nice amenity after a long day of exploring. Building was close to all public transportation and within a short walk to all major Palermo attractions. Would definitely recommend!
We loved how close this was to the train station! We had two rooms across the hall from one another and both were very nice. Very comfortable beds. The host even arranged for a crib for my granddaughter.
Apartamento muy cuidado y moderno dentro de un edificio sucio, viejo.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Stunning room. Immaculate. Very high ceilings. Bathroom also stunning. New paint. Super comfy bed and pillows. No view from window as unable to open heavy timber shutters. Would have liked some bottled water and tea/coffee facilities. Nothing in the immediate surroundings, but 10 min walk to gorgeous shops, bars, restaurants.
Zeer goed. Enige tip: een waterkoker en enkele thee-of koffiekoppen zouden handig zijn.
Verder ook graag gewone shampoo ipv zakjes produkt voor intieme zorg( personeel gaf aan enkel deze te hebben)
Excellent location, close to the historic centre of Palermo

Peu faire mieux
Great location with easy check-in and an extremely responsive host. The self check-in process made arrival simple and stress-free. The building, a charming historic property with an elevator and a beautiful marble staircase, added to the experience. The apartment included all the promised amenities, like fresh towels, toiletries and an hairdryer. The complimentary water in the fridge was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated after a long journey. The bed was very comfortable with crisp, clean linens, though some of the furniture showed minor wear. Overall, an excellent value for the location and the spacious, well-appointed bathroom. Would happily stay again!
The apartment was quite nice. The a/c was a great addition. The apartment was very roomy and quiet comfortable. Walking up the stairs was a bit if a challenge, so if you have big luggage think twice. Outside at night feels a bit dodgy. Would be excellent with a bit more human one on one interaction
The apartment was spacious and the checkin was quick and easy. However, the "air condition" almost did not work. We had it at the coolest setting, but the room stayed at 27 degrees Celsius throughout the night. When I contacted the owner, he tried to help to solve the problem, but we concluded that since it is a fancoil and not real AC, he was unable to help. It couldn’t get colder.
Also, the apartments was in a really old building with a sketchy elevator.
Except from that, the apartment itself was nice.
