"The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and well decorated. Great bathroom and a balcony over looking the Fontana Pretoria. Only downside for us was the position of our room was on the first floor closed to the ground outside where it was very loud throughout the whole night. Heavy sleepers would be fine, light would not. Didn't dampen the hotel at all, though."

"When we arrived just as check was closing Emiliano waited for us and gave us a lot of information about the area and where to go etc. breakfast was a great selection of a continental buffet and was laid out by a very cheerful lady , I forgot to ask her name and it is served on the roof terrace with a beautiful view of a lovely part of Palermo. The room we had was modern and nice and was great for all our needs. Thanks Emiliano for your help and for the cleaner and the cheerful lady who did the breakfast, we had a wonderful week in Palermo Grazie mille"
