“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on. When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....

“I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me...
