NOT A 5 STAR!!! This is at the most a 3 star hotel, this comes from a 15 years of experience of staying in 5 stars. I fell for the reviews, if this is 5 star, Ritz should be 10 stars. Horrible staff, smelly dirty rooms, carpets with stains, rooms are not cleaned until 5 PM once a day, not set up for sleep in the evenings, we booked for 4 nights, but checked out after 2 and booked a real 5 star at the last minute. . They charge you 5 star prices but amenities are not at the level of a 5 star. Do not book, do not waste your money, book a real 5 stars

Absolutely gorgeous & historic property. Thank you, Irena, for finding us a room upgrade to check in early. Room had beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower & Olympic Balloon. Elegant English style bar. Service & staff all superb! Excellent experience start to finish!
