I had made a mistake and made two booking for the same trip - the Hotel has a policy where a refund was not available - however their communication was good and as the error was mine and not theirs the policy was upheld, Would not stop me from booking with them again

One of the best hotel stays ever! The service by the staff was amazing. Any request was met with positive, “will do” attitudes. The breakfast was fantastic, the bar service excellent. The hotel is a short (less than 5 minute) walk from several excellent restaurants. My wife and I were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel, the location, personal service, and our room. Definitely will be staying here again!

We tend to use this hotel every time we are in or out of CDG. The FREE CDGVal automated train is excellent and very convenient -5 minutes walk to the hotel. We've always had great experiences here. The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay.
