"This was our fourth visit to the resort. We were initially hesitant to return since our previous experiences had been somewhat bland. However, this time was completely different — from the moment we arrived, we truly felt the warmth and hospitality. Samantha made our check-in seamless and even arranged for us to get our rooms earlier than expected. She was very thorough in explaining all our VIP perks. We received a pink wristband that granted us access to the three sister resorts, which was a wonderful bonus. Thank you, Samantha, for your exceptional service! Alondra made magic happen for our Sofía and arranged for a late checkout. Thank you, Alondra, for your extraordinary service! Tomas and Mauricio (Kukulcan), Eddy (Portofino), and Fabian (Akumal Buffet) went above and beyond to make Sofía's birthday extra special. We truly appreciate the kindness and attention they showed us. We also visited BPG Akumal and BPG Tulum, and each resort had its own unique charm. Our granddaughter especially enjoyed the waterpark at BPG Coba, the beach at Akumal, and the pool at Tulum. The grounds were immaculate, the beach was beautiful, the pools and rooms were spotless, and the food and drinks were fantastic. We’re already looking forward to returning!"

"I visited for my birthday Fantastic place!! The ambiance , customer service , and the food was GREAT! I stayed at the adults only resort however they have other sister resorts that we had access to. The place does require a lot of walking due to so much that it offers but they provide golf carts to chauffeur us around the property and to the other resort. Great place for a romantic and luxurious experience and for family as well. "

"Clean room and resort overall, so many activities to do. Bowling, large interactive games, go carts, surfing, wind sailing, kayaking, mini golf are just some of the free activities this resort offers. We went diving and jet skiing also. Excellent staff very helpful with any issues. The food at the buffet was good overall except the breakfast it always seemed a little cold. We ate dinner at the steak house, Italian and Brazilian, all were excellent food and service. "

"Edgar manager on duty was absolutely the best. He made sure our family was very comfortable and happy. He never disappoints thats the reason why we continue to come back and we make sure to tell our friends and family about this resort. Diana supervisor at the front desk made our check in very smooth. Walking into the resort after a long flight its always a pleasure to receive a warm welcome and thats what she and her staff jesus, Fernando, and i can not forget Erik Medina from guest services. He was amazing, always very attentive to our needs. David Baak from the buffet is the most caring and sweet young man we always look forward to seeing him. Cecilio from the sports center was amazing. He took us out on a bike tour around the property which was fun and informative after we did archery with him which was so much fun. Honestly there was no need to leave the resort. Leydi and lucia the two young ladies from the pool area including the rest of the pool staff were great. Bartenders at both pools were very hands on and friendly. Gigi,Eric and of course Bacon were absolutely the best. From volleyball ,exercise and playing bingo on raining days in the lobby they made sure we were never bored. The whole staff at this amazing resort from house keeping to concierge were amazing. My family and friends will definitely be back. "

"Well kept. Very good overall. However, the front desk check in is not efficient. Take way too long. Similar experience in June stay. For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software. "
