โThe staff was very helpful in arranging taxi service and attending to every request. The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. If you want alcohol your should bring it with you as it os only accessible at government operated stores. โ
โBooked a superior room...the most expensive of our trip....room quite basis so asked to move. No WiFi in rooms only in reception. Was almost immediately pounced on by sales guy trying to sell mectime share at the hotel. Booked massage and only found out there wa a "luxury" tax adding 32% making this,nearly three times,the cost of other massages elsewhere on trip.โ
โI stayed at Napier Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi for two weeks with my 10 years old son and truly felt the warmth of a family-run place. The staff were very responsive and kind, and the location was amazing โ everything was walkable for us. Itโs simple, comfortable, and full of heart.
