“Hotel Maria Isabel in Ataco was such a cute, cozy family-owned stay. The hotel was small, peaceful, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Our room and bathroom were both very clean, which we really appreciated. There was no AC and unfortunately the fan in our room didn’t work, so we had to keep the windows open at night. But honestly, the hospitality made up for it. The breakfast was SO good, and the man at the front desk — who I think may have been the owner — was the sweetest. He was funny,...

“The hotel was beautiful. The food was great and the location of the hotel makes it very peaceful. I would just train the wait staff a bit more we were waiting a long time to have our orders taken and than we wanted to order dessert but it toke too long. Even to get our check we had to ask three people”

“If you really enjoy outdoors Thai is the right place you can go hiking of the two volcanoes. The food very yummy only the thing no hot water but I give 10/10”

“Pónganse abusados, no pierdan el ticket cuando paguen la habitación, porque a mi me cobraron otra noche (320Q) cuando yo ya había pagado desde el primer día toda la estancia en el hotel, ademas me querían cobrar 500Q en total porque según había consumido en el restaurante, cuando ya estaba incluido la comida en la reserva del hotel, del resto todo esta bien, solo esa parte me dejo mal”

“Cuando llegamos olía mucho a orines afuera y adentro de la habitacion las tuallas olían mal y había muchos pelos en el piso la verdad es que nosotros nos quedamos porque ya aviamos pagado y ni modo nos aguantamos los 2 dias”

“This is such a beautiful place to stay. The view is breathtaking. However, the rooms where my family and I stayed were not as clean. There were dead bugs along the window ledge. The night stands had dust. The bedsheets in one of the rooms had hair in them, and I also found a dead bug in the bed by the pillow. The worst part of it all was the shower. They gave me a room with a broken showerhead, and when I found out, the staff had not arrived yet and I needed to get ready for my next destination....
