In addition, the front desk area had a persistent odor suggestive of a plumbing issue, which made the environment unpleasant from the outset. More seriously, I experienced repeated insect bites throughout my stay. Initially, I did not realize the cause, but by the third night I discovered there were bed bugs on the bed. I was able to kill a few and document them with photographs. When I reported this to management, my concerns were dismissed. I was told the evidence I provided was not valid, and no meaningful effort was made to investigate or address the issue. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the final night of my stay despite the room being uninhabitable. This experience reflects a troubling lack of concern for guest health, safety, and basic customer care. I am seriously considering reporting this incident to the appropriate regulatory authorities to ensure that proper inspection, sanitation, and pest control measures are enforced to protect future guests. I would strongly caution others before choosing to stay at this property."
