“This is my 5th time staying in Grace Bay so my review is a comparison against other places we have stayed at :
PROS:
- The beach and ocean are just beautiful , sand is so soft
- Beach proximity is so close to the building
- Everyone gets a front row seat to sea view on the beach
- Did not have to "fight for chairs" ( we were there end of June/beginning July)
- Very convenient shuttle to take you to grocery store ($10 a person)
- Beach view room was magical
- Butler was very helpful in...

“4th time staying in TCI 4th time at the West Bay Club! My family will not stay anywhere else on the island. We had an amazing room, we were spoiled! Great weather, great beach and we will be back!”

“I’ve stayed here a few times but sadly I’m not confident I would return again. The property & rooms are nice but I don’t feel the value is there anymore. It’s not 5 star anymore. I loved the service everywhere but I was surprised with the subpar food & drink service at The Beach. It’s slow & you pretty much have to do things yourself. None of the servers pick up any of the food or drinks either, so everyone’s cans & pizza boxes go flying so the beach got dirty quickly. The lack of food options...

“Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!”
