"From check in to check out all the staff were amazing from being genuinly polite to the bar staff bringing over the drinks menu when your by the pool. The room was nice with a comfortable and big bed with a spacious rooms and a large balcony. "

"Overall I would rate the staff a 5.5 out of 10. The women are sweet & friendly to guest. There is a male worker with missing teeth there by the name of “Boss” that is extremely rude. Tries to bribe you out of money & refused to take me (drive) up to my room so I had to walk up an extremely steep hill in the pouring rain because he had an attitude that I booked my own excursion instead of being overcharged by him. Overall the score is low & he needs to fired. BEWARE! "

"Nice hotel with small but nice pool area rooms we're good with plenty of storage and kept clean shame restaurant and bar wasn't open. Area not the best as no beach nearby but short walk to pier bars and restaurants and cab's to many beaches cheap and about 20 minutes "

"The hotel is set up in 2 seperate sections. It was a bit confusing on first drop off as it’s shown as “Coco Retreat”. It leaves the traveler and GRAB driver a bit confused. Once you figure it out the rest is only better. Staff was great. Rooms were great. We ate there occasionally and food was okay. We found out later in the week there was an awesome steam room that pipes in natural herbs. Pools were super nice. If you like a quiet tropical oasis this is absolutely the place to be. ...

"This place is very special, quite rustic with a lot of character. Our bathroom was just outside our room but very private. Kitchen on our front patio. Pool are very nice and well kept. The entire property is full of trees and plants, absolutely beautiful. Just be mindful, this is not the Hilton and priced accordingly. The restaurant has an amazing menu and very friendly staff. We enjoyed all of our meals. "

"The location is perfect as it is situated close to all the fitness facilities. The rooms were clean but for storing your things not very well thought out. Also the entrance and architecture reminds one of prison scenes in US shows. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable "

"A very good experience. Nice quiet villa from the busy city life. Villa is clean with daily housekeeping. Swimming pool is clean and do nice to jump in after a tiring day i town. Halal food is also available at the main road. A highly recommended villa for a family travelling in big group. Reasonably priced too!!"

"Large size rooms, located in a place where you see more locals than tourists. Very relaxed atmosphere. Only downside i have is that the rooms are not sound proof at all so you can hear everything from footsteps outside to your neighbours. Lots of friendly cats around the hotel and the staff are so friendly. Felt at peace. "
