"Expedia.com did NOT inform me that this hotel was valet park only for $55 per night. Further the number 404-566-6383 texted me after I had checked in that self-park was available for $45 per night. When I inquired at the front desk they said that text was from a bogus number not belonging to the hotel. He reassured me this hotel was valet park only. That is $110 I did not plan on spending because of Expedia.com’s fault for not letting me know. Else, I would have chosen a different hotel. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I would like to request Expedia.com refund me $110 for my stay. Regards, "

"Only one elevator worked the entire trip. No staff member really cared that there was a line to use the elevator at any given time over 45 minutes long. Hotel is in need of repairs and updates. Rooms were okay but had many water stains on ceiling. Empty bottle and trash found behind couch. Valet was super nice and helpful. Called the hotel front desk 5 times on day of arrival to confirm my vehicle would fit in the parking deck. No answer. Parking deck will not fit vehicles over 6'6". Will need to valet which is $50 per day. Overall, not a great experience and would not book again."

"Clean room staff was very rude and not attentive to her job as a clerk she was on her phone texting while I was checking in her focus was not in the client but whatever she had going on didn’t give me any information to help me out with parking or anything else untile I asked for help then her attitude was blunt to the point I had to figure it out on my own I have stayed here many times the staff is always helpful and attentive to you but time I felt uncomfortable and unappreciated for my business I can understand you having personal issues but the client is not responsible for any of your problems customer service is your job so you should make sure the customer understands what is available to him or what he or she needs to assist them while they are there "

"Clean hotel. Beds were super comfy. Shower had shampoo, conditions, body wash and lotion provided. Staff was pleasant. Could use a little updating, but it seems as though they are currently working on it. Very good breakfast with plenty of options. Also orange juice, apple juice and coffee. Would definitely return when I come back to the area."

"The staff were really great especially Darlene at the bar, she made amazing drinks and provided useful tips for getting around. Gus at the front desk and the other guy don’t remember his name was very helpful and friendly. I just wished that they had a bellman to assist with luggage or packages. No toothpaste or brush was provided as amenities. Please bring your own."
