“The town and the hotel were magnificent.”

“The room was very nice and the sauna was quite a surprise bonus. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.”

“The decor is wonderfully relaxing – clean, practical and full of lovely touches. There are plenty of amenities and the staff are really welcoming. It’s in a brilliant spot right by the Plage Vieux in Biarritz.”

“It’s a nice hotel with kind staff but in my estimation overpriced. Nothing particular negative (although the pool is so small and uninviting that it’s wasted space), it’s just that the value is not there.”

“Characterful old hotel, lovely, helpful staff, nice large room, well-located”
