This stay was our third stay at this particular place. We have no complaints about any of our stays here. All staff were very friendly and engaging. Our room was great. The elevator was clean every day and smelled clean as well as the lobby restrooms and dining area.

The room was spacious even with two queen-size beds and very clean. The breakfast was tasty, and my grandkids loved playing in the pool. Overall, this place was superbly clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, but the bed was a bit harder than I prefer. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast food was pretty good with hot food including oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, and meat option each day. The things I didn't like included that the only ice machine was on the second floor, centrally located but not convenient. Also there was nowhere to sit outside. No benches or tables or chairs at all. The property has some nice outdoor areas where these could be added, so it was a shame to not be able to enjoy the outside space. Overall, this was a good hotel, and I am likely to stay here again when I am in town for business.

Hotel is nice and clean. Good breakfast selection. Staff was friendly. Adequate parking. Pool is very small. Thought it was a bit pricey especially with the added taxes. It was convenient for us because close to where we needed to be. Arcola is cute little town with some fun history. It is the broom corn capital of the World and the birthplace of the creator of Raggedy Ann and Andy. We made a visit to the Broom Palace / museum. Worth a stop. Is Amish country so saw lots of Amish shops. There are some restaurants and a McDonalds and Dairy Queen, few convenience type places but for any serious grocery shopping you will need to travel to another fairly local town. Tuscola, 15 min. Mattoon or Charleston about 25 to 30 minutes away. In other words, hotel is a bit remote. If you are just traveling up the interstate it is just off of the exit so convenient.
