"Great location, small room but understandable given it is London. Lots to do in the touristy area."

"Breakfast was wonderful loved the hotel. I wasn't a fan of the restaurant but it was because I didn't care for the cuisine, the food was great but the choices were limited. The staff were great and we were spoiled by staying there."

"Front desk rude. Works directly above room with no notice. Fake eyelashes still stuck on the bedside table from previous guest. Internet slow. Can’t connect HDMI items to TV. Fridge not on. AC isn’t functional and directly from 1970’s. Nothing been upgraded in a LONG time despite new ownership. Gym equipment is in disrepair. Some buttons for lifts / elevators not working. It’s a hotel, it’s cheap and it’s close to the city. That’s it. "

"The room was clean and cosy. Staff was excellent and helpful. Only downside is there’s no kettle in the room so no coffee and tea available "

"Staff is amazing. Gym is HORRIBLE. it should not be advertised as part of the hotel. Very dirty and dark and loud. Very disappointed as this was a reason I boooked to stay there"
