"A delightful bit of luxury as a relief after a two-week tour using a range of fairly budget-style hotels! The staff were all very well trained and helpful, the room was great and the food we had while there was very good. Only slight disappointment was the pool area was definitely set up for exercise rather than relaxation - no comfortable spot to enjoy a drink or light meal outside there or anywhere around the extensive grounds."

"Property was excellent, and the owner Mr. Yadav and his sons are real gentlemen. Approah road is a little disappointment, however it's walkable and thanks to Mr. Yadav it would not be a deal breaker. He was a great help during the day we faced extreme water logging problems. "

"This hotel is geared towards local clients. Our room was excecutive but shower was not working. Bucket was provided for shower. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to ask repeatedly, told will bring it up but that didn't happen. Hallway, outside our room stray cat's feces not cleaned. Carpet dirty with food stains. TV only played Hindi advertisements for news etc. Restaurant on premise served great food.Breakfast was included but limited choices. No buffet. Order to make. Just omelet and toast. No cereal. Coffee and tea order to make. "

"The location is great. I visited during Mahakumbh period, lot people around the Vishwanath temple, causing road closures and crowd. Otherwise it could have been a great experience "

"On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved. 1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr. 2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad. Felt like old tea was served to us. 3. The room was not cleaned on the second day and the reason was given that we had taken the key and hence they could not. Our assumption was the room would be cleaned with the master key and we were not neeee in the room. 4. The property is very far from the ghats to make sure you have your own vehicle to move around. Since we could not find any decent restaurants or tea around the area. 5. The place is expensive and boasts of being par with 4-5 star properties but we feel a lot of work needs to be done to come par. Pro: 1. The view from the room is beautiful and peaceful. The backdrop of Gange and the birds is amazing in the morning. 2. The food in the hotel is good. We ate only once( dinner) 3. Staff is courteous and friendly. "
