Belle piscine, bonne literie. Petit déjeuner correct. Salle de bain et lieux communs qui méritent d’être rafraîchis. Chambre non faite sous prétexte qu’il faut avertir 24h avant.

Amazing staff, great experience
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful: booked a COVID test for us, set up a van ride to the port, and even packed us a breakfast when we planned to check-out prior to breakfast. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t find a TV remote, but who wants to watch TV on this amazing island anyway? Fantastic hotel for a couple who wants to stay away from resorts.

Average hotel but nice
Free private parking at the hotel`s yard. Breakfast included - overall good selection of products. The hotel manager recommended us a nice restaurant nearby with reasonable prices - we went there and were satisfied. The hotel owner is a nice guy with great sense of humour. The hotel is very close to a beach - an average beach in general but suited us fine the last day when we were searching for a place to sunbath for a couple of hours. I would expect a nicer room for 65 euro, this was was too basic for the price.

Ottimo in tutto
Prezzo molto invitante. Posizione ottima per visitare le spiagge più belle di creta. A 1km da kissamos. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale cordialissimo e soprattutto proprietario che parla benissimo italiano. Avevamo il volo la sera tardi e ci ha offerto gratuitamente il late check out all orario che a noi facesse più comodo. Super consigliato!

Very welcoming and comfortable hotel.
Very Comfortable room, quiet. Reception on arrival was efficient making us feel very welcome. Excellent breakfast with very helpful staff looking after our needs.

Enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert
Das an der Ausfallstrasse gelegen Hotel entbehrt jeglichen Charmes, die Umgebung war geprägt von ähnlichen desparaten Etablissments und entsprechenden Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber, hattte aber die besten Jahre hinter sich. Der Geruch nach Schimmel kombinierte sich unvorteilhaft mit dem der scharfen Reinigungsmittel und der Hitze Kretas. Ein Glück daher, hier nur eine Nacht verbringen zu müssen.

Tres bon rapport qualite/prix . Le personnel est tres agreable avec une mention toute particuliere au proprietaire tres sympathique. Parfait pour venir en famille avec un bassin pour les enfants. Si vous venez a Kissamos n hesitez pas , reservez a l hotel Hermes.

Tosi kiva hotelli ja lähellä rantaa
Tosi mukava hotelli ja lähellä tosi kivaa hiekka rantaa. Sinne voi kävellä hotellilta 3min. Rantaa pitkin löytyy kivoja ravintoloita. Ihmiset tosi mukavia ja avuliaita. Kaikki tuntee toisiinsa. Paikallinen keskusta on ihan vieressä. Ruokakauppa, automaatti, apteekki, autonvuokraus ja minimarketteja kävelymatkan päässä. Jos ei jaksa retkeillä niin lähistöllä löytyy erilaisia rantoja tai olla vaan hotellilla. Hotellin uima-allas on kiva ja vesi tosi puhdas. Baarista saa tilattua voileipiä tai tilata pizzaa ja yms. Paikallisesta ravintolasta joka toimitetaan hotellille. Meidät kohdeltiin tosi hyvin ja neuvottin kaikissa tarpeissa. Kaikki suositukset olivat onnistuneita. Hotelli ei ole iso ja vaikka oli loppuun myyty niin tuntui tosi rauhalliselta paikalta.

3* Hotel with style and comfort. Recomended.
Enjoyed our stay here. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Pool area was very clean and there were plenty of sunbeds to choose from in the shade or full sun. Breakfast was buffet style continualy being replaced by the attentive staff. The menu did not change much over the six days we were there , but was plentyful. Our room was disappointing but very clean and the en suite was well equipped. We would have appreciated facilities for tea and coffee in the room.

Esperienza positiva solo per la location
Hotel molto semplice alle porte di Kissamos. La nostra stanza era proprio sulla strada e quindi rumorosa la mattina. Inoltre, in bagno non c'era la doccia ma una vasca senza la tendina, ogni volta che ci lavavamo il bagno si allagava. Per il resto andava bene, la posizione è comoda per visitare le spiagge più famose a ovest e ci sono numerosi ristoranti proprio a due passi dall'hotel sul mare

Hotel polozony w tragicznym miejscu, nikomu nie polecamy! Ok 30 km w strone Chanii znajduje sie Miasteczko Platanias gdzie polecamy noclegi. Hotele mozna znalezc w takiej samej cenie a juz caly apartament z salonem. Sniadania dramat. Codziennie to samo wybor zaden. Miejscowosc Kissamos to brud.... lepiej zeby nikt sie tam nie wybieral bo juz na poczatku mocno zepsuje sobie wakacje

Bella piscina anche se non usata moltissima. Hotel confortevole, colazione accettabile. Disponibili alcuni parcheggi nell'hotel e altri in park di fronte. Personale non sempre preparato a fronte di consigli, ma sempre gentile. Aria condizionata nelle camere e bel poggiolino. Pulizia ottima nelle camere e negli spazi comuni, un po' meno sulle scale.

Travellers be warned
I would avoid this hotel. I stayed here one night as it was the cheapest hotel I could find that find that was close to the port. I had to catch a boat at 7.00 in the morning. I was dissatisfied as the bathroom had a terrible odour. This was obviously a plumbing issue that I hope the hotel will repair to increase their occupancy rate. The hotel did appear empty!! There was an excellent restaurant located a few streets towards the beach.

Hotel con un accettabile rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera spaziosa con piccola zona cucina. Aria condizionata e frigo ben funzionante. Posizione geografica ideale per visitare la parte occidentale di Creta. Buoni ristoranti vicini.

Wir haben eine Nacht Urlaub im Urlaub gemacht
Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut spitze! Die Zimmer sind recht klein, daher beim Zimmerkomfort "nur" ein "sehr gut". Zum allgemeinen Zustand des Hotels kann man eigentlich auch ein sehr gut geben, allein die Lage ist nicht so ideal. Das Hotel liegt an der Ortsausgangsstraße von Kissamos. Der Service im Hotel bekommt von mir ein "super nett"!!! Danke nochmals für das nette Gespräch in deutsch und das Hinterhertragen des Personalausweises ;-).
