"Terrible service. Waiting to check in without anyone being around. That was at 6 pm. We had to find the owner to call to give us the keys. Yes, they had sent instructions via WhatsApp how to find they keys, but they have to also think of customers who are foreign, don’t have access to internet all the time, or no battery on the phone and leave someone around the building to help people access the room the paid. Terrible customer service. Very unfriendly. "
