“The staff at this hotel are incredible. No matter where you are. Poolside, beach, bars, yoga deck. The only gripe I have is that there is little consideration given to teenagers on rainy days. We had two full days of rain when the usually adult only spa pool was opened up to children. It is then packed with babies and toddlers - not a place teenagers want to be. We asked if our teenager could use spa pool at 2pm but was told no. We checked the spa pool three times that afternoon and it was...

“excellent location”

“Service at IKOS is always exemplary!”

“We chose this hotel because of its strong reviews, but our experience was disappointing from start to finish. After a delayed flight we arrived at around 2am. Room service had finished at 11pm, there was only a packet of nuts in the minibar, and we were greeted by an unfriendly notice warning guests not to consume their own food and drink in the room. The room was cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. The next morning there was no hot water for a bath and we were told to let it run for...

“Pros: The hotel staff were extremely polite and friendly. The room was cleaned thoroughly and kept in good condition, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was included and exceeded my expectations for a complimentary hotel breakfast. There was a good variety of vegetables, sausages, ham, bacon, and different types of bread, along with scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs. French toast and Greek-style desserts were also available, providing plenty of options. Cons: The hotel facilities are...

“Great place , we got the room with private pool, and it was amazing. Food, drinks, entertainment, everything was great!”
