“Hotel staff were excellent but the fabric of the hotel left much to be desired.
We were made very welcome and staff were most helpful, it's just a pity that some furniture was quite shabby and needs updating.
One major problem was the bathroom where taking a shower was potentially dangerous, the baths are difficult to step in and out of due to their design which slopes too steeply.”
“Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.”

Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially receptionists.
Room well equipped and comfortable - once had window restraints removed (otherwise very hot as no aircon). Noise from people on terrace below, which is understandable but be aware if booking Seaview room, and staff from Divers Bar, owned by hotel, noisily throwing empty bottles into bins after bar shut.
