“Room very clean and breakfast very good Position of hotel and good for town and bus terminal We booked a deluxe twin room which was much smaller than expected had no air conditioning and shower pressure very poor. Beds comfortable and location quiet though. Staff (especially breakfast ones) were very friendly and helpful. A mini fridge would have been an improvement.”

“Positives: The apartments are in a very convenient location above the bus station in central St. Helier. This makes it easy to travel around the island. The kitchen had all amenities needed for our stay and it is located close to shops to buy food. Staff were also friendly. Negatives Although the apartment was overall clean, the cot (for which we had to pay for) had stains all over it. We also stayed in a town-facing apartment. “Breakfast was wonderful. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Positioned right on the harbour and close to public transport. This B & B has single rooms! The main down side was no lift and had to climb quite a few stairs. A suggestion would be to use a top sheet as the duvet was too hot. Staff were friendly and always helpful.”

Although, it's a little way out of town, it has a good size car park, a complimentary mini bus service, that goes into town twice in the morning and returns twice a day and a bus stop virtually opposite the entrance. “We had a 4 night stay for a wedding. Lovely garden view room, large and spacious. Decor is a little old fashioned but clean and pleasant. We had a nightmare with @easyjet losing our luggage and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Nice indoor pool and sauna.
