“Fantastic hotel they couldn’t do enough for you and everything was provided even sun cream by the pool. Downside is it’s at the top of a big hill and not very big rooms. ”

“The bathroom floor could be quite slippery after coming out of the shower with wet feet. The shower controls were quite difficult to suss out . ”

“Very good hotel. Room well equipped and quiet. Swimming pool and spa area great. A few minutes walk from main street, a bit further away from the port area (but within walking distance).”

“Staff were very friendly. Probably the friendliest staff in all of the hotels I've stayed in on Guernsey. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection. Evening meal was good and the correct selection of options for the amount of people eating in. There are a huge selection of restaurant's and pubs serving food nearby. Check out at 10-30am is a little too early. 11am at the earliest would have suited better.”

“The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.”
