The staff were so helpful and always smiling. The food was delicious. The room and public areas were immaculately clean. Such a wonderful place to have a holiday. We thoroughly recommend staying here.”

“I have stayed at the Imperial Hotel on numerous occasions and always found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The views from the restaurant are spectacular. I choose this hotel mainly because it is close to my family who live nearby and also it has a regular bus service.”
“Air conditioning - there isn't any! My room was like a sauna and it made it very difficult to sleep. The staff tried to help with a mobile air con unit but to limited effect. Otherwise, the stay was lovely, staff superb, wonderful breakfast.
Also, be aware that the "cheaper" rooms are a long way from the main hotel - bit cheeky really.”
