"The air conditioner worked but didn’t get cold. There are no comforters on the bed, just a sheet. They do provide a sanitized blanket in the closet but mine looked very ratty. We had issues with the hot water but service was immediately on it. Front desk spoke English and was very helpful. "

For convenience, they should consider providing a map of local businesses a visitor may need: supermarket, laundry, cash exchange, etc. Also, the hotel is right on St Sebastian square, along with bars and restaurants that host bands regularly. So, even during the week, but especially on the weekends, it’s noisy late. The area of the teatro and the square is fairly impoverished: plenty of vagrants, stray dogs, but despite its appearance, it is probably more convenient and fun than other, cleaner locations. Lots of necessary services available, along with street vendors most of the day, various events in the square and around the teatro, and of course the bars/restaurants, many with very good food reasonably priced. "
