"Excellent staff, beautiful property, great location close to shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. Good onsite amenities including restaurant, cafe, boutiques, and indoor/outdoor lounging areas. Gym is a little small but adequate."

"Great staff but room and property cleanliness need improvement. Stains and hair were found as examples. Balcony door didn’t lock and the door seal must have been compromised because it let in a lot of sound. "

"I did not feel invited into the space. The front desk staff couldn't be bothered to be friendly. The bathroom in my room was smaller than my closet. Room had great view from the 10th floor."

"Extremely unprofessional service and questionable billing practices. The front desk staff (Rachel and Kay) failed to handle a guest dispute appropriately, exacerbating the situation rather than resolving it. After being instructed by Kay to cancel via a third party, I was wrongly charged $441.84 for a stay that was not permitted, along with a surprising extra $75 fee. The service here is highly discriminatory and unhelpful. Do not trust this establishment with your booking."
