The air conditioning worked great. The room was very clean. The bed was a bit squishy where you kinda sink in but still relatively comfortable. I wish we hadn’t cheated out and gotten a room on the outside perimeter of the building. Not having a window to the outside was strange.

The room was clean, the view from the balcony, located on the side of the bldg, showed the ocean well and I could easily hear the surf, a delight. The mattress was soft and squishy - not good. There was no access to broadcast TV so I couldn't watch any of my programs, including sports. The staff was informative, helpful and polite.

Rooms need some TLC they are worn out. I didn't have anyone come to clean my room. First day I had put the sign do not disturb, the second day I did not. Not sure what happened there.
