We were so happy with our stay. From when we first arrived the staff is so nice. The hotel is very clean and our room was so clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again

During our stay a staff member entered our room while we were sleeping and woke us up We were startled and she did not explain the reason for opening our door nail my husband went down to the front desk to find out what was going on How did she not know

We were not aware/told about letting the hotel know we were bringing dogs when booking room. Front office seemed agitated about the situation when we were completely unaware/assumed since the hotel was pet friendly, there wouldnt be any issues. Regardless, we are very happy the hotel provides a place for our fur babies!

Breakfast was great. What I did not like was the room smelled like dog and had dog hair all over the floor. I am slightly allergic to dogs. (Eyes irritation). I requested that they have the room vacuumed and use their air sanitizer. But there was still dog smell and hair on the flood the next day. When I booked the room I did not notice a "pet friendly" statement. If I had I may have booked a room at another hotel. I did not change rooms because I figured any other room would smell also. There was also strong cannabis smoke smell in the hall ways.

The room was very up to date and clean. The ceiling could use an update, as there was obvious damage that had been fixed above, just not the ceiling.

Stayed here many times, this one was a bit differe
The first room they assigned to me, the key did not work. Went back to lobby with luggage in hand and they gave me another room/new keys. At 1245am, the SMOKE ALARM went off and the HVAC unit was giving off a terrible burning/smoke smell. I immediately called front desk and they came up with new room keys and was very helpful in helping me pack/move to a 3rd new room! Needless to say, I didn't sleep well due to the circumstances even though the hotel is/was wonderful. Just unfortunate it happened...I'll get a full night's sleep when I get home. This hotel is ALWAYS wonderful, just wasn't my best stay.....

When we got a first room it was old smelly and dirty. They give us another room it was fine except the toilet water pressure was really low, also the rooms are really small compared to other hotels we stayed before.

16th Bday Party Trip
First I want to give kudos and hugs to Makayla who checked me and my sister in really late and she was having a day (system shut downs and etc) but she was still very nice and calmly handled the situation. We were in town for my cousins 16th Bday Party had a great time . Thanks Kayla, Lisa (she checked us out) and the Ladies that run Breakfast you were Great

Good Hotel
This is a great place to stay! My family and I really enjoyed it and even though there were some negatives we didn't let that spoil our trip. The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel was clean and inviting. Only negatives were that the pool was not cleaned/very dirty, which was a disappointment as we were looking forward to that amenity. Ice Machine on our floor was broken and the elevator closest to our room was broken, good thing we were only on the 2nd floor or having to drag our suitcases down would not have been fun from a higher floor. All in all, not bad, would stay again.

We attended a wedding nearby. The hotel was absolutely the best. Friendly staff, very large rooms, great breakfast, 24 hr access to fresh coffee and the cleanliness of our room was superb. Next time we’re in town we will definitely be staying here again.

Large, clean room greeted us when we opened the door. Hand soap and lotion are in dispensable containers by the ink. Clean, spacious shower with glass doors and nice size bathroom were next. It was quiet, well priced, and we were very pleased with every.

The staff was really nice and helpful. We dealt with lady Kaya during check in. She was super helpful and nice. Same for the lady next day during check out Lisa. Very helpful and kind. We had a good stay!! :)

The pool was disgusting - it was very dirty at the bottom (our entire stay). This was one of the reasons I booked this location, needless to say, we didn't use the pool. Also, the rooms A/C was a damp cool - all of our clothes ended up damp and nothing that was wet would dry in the room. Staff was friendly and it was located in a nice area.
