When my family checked in, we were greeted by Jeffery. He was very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of at check-in. Also, it was nice, after a travel day and long day at Carowinds, to have the pull out sofa already turned down. I personally thanked the housekeeper for doing this. We stay in numerous hotels across the country and this was the first time this was done. We will definitely return!

Comfortable Hotel at a Nice Price

Very clean, spacious room. Comfy beds. Yes, as others stated, the pillows are small/square, but you get 4 per bed, so it wasn’t an issue for us. We were only there one night, but the area seemed very nice w lots of restaurant options. Close to Carowinds. Would stay here again.

Great, affordable place outside of Charlotte

A friend and I stayed two nights for concerts in Charlotte, and the place was great. Clean, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, plenty of parking, and an Asian food hall just across the street.

Great place for the money. Friendly staff and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice. TV swiveled so we could watch from the couch. Great water pressure and loved the room with a brew.
