The room was fine. I did notice pests as soon as I walked out of the front sliding door. I was bitten by mosquitos by the pool and breakfast was not appealing, which would deter me from choosing this hotel again. The staff was helpful though.

Parking was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. First room we were put in the carpet was very dirty and had a funky smell. Air did not work and we had to switch rooms. Air was slightly better in the 2nd room but the cleanliness was still sub par. Also appeared to be a pool party going on at 1030 pm when we arrived back at the hotel. I am fairly certain that these were not even guest of the hotel as all the vehicles parked out back at the pool were gone in this morning. Would not stay here again mainly bc of the overall cleanliness of not only our room but the hotel as a whole.

It’s the little things, one elevator broken, the one that did work had missing buttons. There was a dead roach in the hallway outside our room for 2 days. The pool was clean- but not open. The stairwell was sticky. The ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to hike up 2 floors for some. And the toilet in our room was wobbly. The bed was comfortable. Sunday morning there was a very loud group singing and preaching- in a conference room with the doors closed but loud enough to hear all through the lobby. I won’t be back.

Horrible experience, was double charged upon checkin, it took almost 10 days for the money to be returned to my account. Toilet backed up every single time it was flushed and they brought us a plunger and left - it stayed in the room all 3 nights we were there. Why couldnt you just move us to a different room???? The was clean and breakfast was good, but we will never stay here again overall just a miserable stay.

Overall, we were happy with the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast options, and the location was convenient for what we had planned. Our experience at this hotel was disappointing due to the lack of diligence and urgency in addressing guest concerns. There never seemed to be any rush to fix issues. We waited three days for hangers, and they were finally placed in our wardrobe just one day before we were leaving the city. The blankets were torn and stained, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. There were also fruit flies around the water dispenser, making us wonder whether the filters are being changed and maintained properly. In addition, when I asked for plasticware at the front desk, the staff member dismissively placed them on the desk without any courtesy or acknowledgment. In conclusion, the staff came across as rude and indifferent throughout our stay. They did not seem to care about their customers or take their concerns seriously. Good hospitality is not only about providing a room but also about treating guests with respect and addressing problems promptly. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
