비행 스케줄 변동으로 급하게 예약했는데 사진과 너무 다르고 방문도 카드로 안열리고 룸컨디션 최악이고 욕실에 곰팡이가 많고 냄새가 납니다. 헤어드라이기는 고장났고 냉장고도 없고 너무 별로였습니다.

Hotel was needed due to missed connection at Charlotte airport. Room itself was clean. All around the hotel is awful. Half of the hotel is closed up and partly torn down.. There was no hair dryer. I would never stay there again.

The motel looks a little rough on the outside but the room was newly remodeled, very clean and modern. You can tell they’re doing a lot of work on the grounds too, so I’m sure eventually this place will be even better. I think it was great for the price. Every staff member we interacted with was very polite and helpful. It seems like a family owns the property and most of them work there. Front desk guy went above and beyond for me when I checked in. My only true complaint was the air unit in our room was did not blow cold air, only room temp fan air. We didn’t spend that much time in our rooms during our weekend stay so it was tolerable. But I did notify the desk upon checkout and he said he would let the appropriate person know. Also, the planes landing at Charlotte AP fly a bit low above the motel. I thought it was really cool to witness each time but I can see how some ppl might find the jet engine noise a bothersome at times. It did not affect my stay, personally. I would stay here again.

attendant was helpful and super nice. unfortunately, ended up with bed bug bites after only a 5 hour stay. convenient for closeness to airport and grateful for a shower and nap after a whole day of travel and delayed flights.

The front desk attendant was very rude upon arriving after midnight. I asked to be placed in a more well lit area as I was traveling alone but he was not accommodating so I took the first room available. The room looked recently updated, however the floor was very dirty as well as the towel and top blanket. I encountered an aggressive man immediately outside, other people who seemed to be living there, and tons of garbage around the property. The second night I was there involved a group of men partying in the parking lot until 4am. It was just an unsafe environment and not worth the hassle of trying to save some money on a place to lay your head and shower. DO NOT RECOMMEND, spend the extra money!

This is getting many updates and not everything is ready. But the room was very clean and nice. The bed was so comfortable. The front desk person was so helpful since I was stranded there because my connecting flight was delayed until the next day. Also itis close to the airport. I would stay there again.

The property was conveniently close to the airport and that worked best for us. The planes were loud because it was close, but that didn’t bother us. Kam checked us in. He was very attentive and pleasant.

The staff was nice and friendly it was only to rest my head before an early flight. Room key didn’t work to enter the door. The front desk guy had to use a manual key. The room reeked of cigarette smoke.

Dirty, Noisy Rooms
Front desk staff was friendly, the bed linens were clean, and the heater was functional, which is about all I can say that is positive about this place. The room itself was filthy; I don’t think the toilet had been cleaned in days at least and the surfaces throughout were sticky and unclean. The door was so thin, it almost sounded like there was no door at all for all the noise that came through. The facility is under construction, so maybe improvements will be made there, but they definitely need to work on cleanliness.

The water was out the entire first day that me and my friend stayed, and we even saw a roach crawling along the sink. When we checked out and were a few minutes away, we called the staff to let them know we had left an item there. They completely ignored us and threw it away. If you're in Charlotte for any sort of event, DO NOT stay here.

we are sorry to hear, yes we had a water break friday that we were waiting for charlotte water to fix, that was not in our control. and we will look into the matter of the item that you said that you left in your room after checking out as no reports has been documented of you calling that you left anything in the room as our housekeeping staff is great with bringing to the office of what they find in the room long as its not any food

There was construction in a lot of rooms surrounding mine that I wasnt aware would be happening. There were old food remains under the heater register and it wasnt the cleanest room overall. But the biggest issue was that our water was shut off for an entire day and when addressed they said it was just the town but there was water at other places I went to. A cheap hotel stay for a reason.

we are sorry for any inconvenience we are undergoing renovations which we do have posted up, and we are sorry about the water, the water was cut off as there was a leak in the pipe from the city coming to our hotel so the city had to cut the water off to get the leak fixed we are sorry they took longer than expected.

we are sorry that the room you were given did not have a fridge or microwave. as we are under going renovations most amenities have been taken out of the room so we can replace with new after renovations but if that was a need we could have moved you to a room which still had one in it, also there is a microwave in the lobby that guests can use

Friendly staff but rooms are in disrepair, unclean bathtub. Yes the office was being renovated but the rooms did not appear to have basic maintenance performed.

thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear, but we are under going renovations but we will continue to make sure the rooms which have not been renovated yet continue to stay in standards

The room was clean but the tub drain slowly and there was a Roach I only saw one alive and killed it but we were only there for a few hours after an overseas flight delay. The place was super close to the airport.

we are glad that you enjoyed your stay overall, we will investigate along with our pest control company of this problem and work closer with our maintenance team to make sure there is no slow drains in any room

We didn’t have a high expectation in the beginning. The linens were clean. The problem was the smell of the weed but I understand there is nothing they can do about it. The office staff was friendly. Overall, our staying was fine. Little overpriced.
