Absolutely love my stay at the Element, and a big reason for that is because of the hotel staff. Everyone at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Ashely working at breakfast buffet was so kind and made great food. The hotel is in a convenient location, you're right by a bunch of restaurants, Whole Foods, and museums (highly recommended the discover science center). The room is cozy, the bed is comfy, and everything else is great too. I have no complaints at all.

My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area. The staff was always helpful when I shared that my power was out, but I feel that it was an inconvenience.

Above average breakfast and very nice staff. However…. 1. The parking garage situation was a mess. Stunningly inefficient. 2. There aren’t stairs you can use to go up to your room so there was always a line to use the elevator. 3. The shades were broken in the room so we could get it dark at night not open up fully to bring light in the morning.
