Just a beautiful experience. Every one n every thing was excellent. Even the chef meals was delicious n his hospitality was excellent. Chef Kanardo. Beautiful room n very comfortable.

The customer service was great. I think the servers at the restaurant were very friendly. It’s hard to find nice service with a welcoming atmosphere. We are happy that we stayed to eat at the restaurant instead of somewhere else. Thank you!

The check in went well; the food at bar was good. once we got to room, could not speak again to a human being. Front desk never answered; any of the connection, bell man, room service NEVER answered. NO ice or vending on 6th floor. had to wander around 5th to find some. very annoying. morning shuttle guy was great

The shuttle service to the airport was every 30 minutes, 24/7, unlike most such services that don't begin until 5AM. It was quiet except for an occasional dog barking in an adjoining room, but not too much.
