Booked a room there for an eye procedure I had done in charlotte, and was required to stay the night locally, for an early morning followup. I live out of town so we booked this hotel. The room was incredible, with great blackout curtains to keep the room dark, it was quiet so I could rest, and all amenities were great! This was the perfect hotel choice for the circumstances I needed!

I love that it was clean, well stocked, and had friendly service. My kids loved the indoor pool. I loved the breakfast. And it is very convenient to multiple places of interest in the city.

We stayed in a one-bedroom suite so our adult son would have some privacy. The problem is that the bathroom is in the bedroom, so you have to leave the bedroom door open to access the bathroom. The bathroom sink is in an open area while the toilet and shower are behind a door. Breakfast was adequate. They charge $15/day for parking.

All of the staff were wonderful and helpful! The room was clean and spacious. Even though it was in town it was very quiet. The complementary breakfast was good and they had a good variety of things to eat. The pool was recently renovated and was really nice.
