We had a great stay with our family of six! The room with two queen beds and a sofa bed was very convenient and fit everyone comfortably. The hotel was clean overall, although the sofa had a noticeable stain. My children especially loved the breakfast and waffles! Overall, a great family-friendly hotel that I would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to stay right near the airport. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The front desk guy was extremely efficient when he had a long line of people waiting to check in all at once. He was very friendly and worked through the line quickly.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived a bit late and called the hotel a few times, but no answer. When we got there (thanks to a very considerate driver from another property) the airport shuttle was onsite. We had an early flight (5 am) the next morning so it's good to note that the Shuttle only runs between 5.00am - 10.00pm, which IS listed on their website, but not something you think to check when booking. I also want to recognize Carmela, the front desk clerk who was instrumental in us getting a ride to the airport at 4.00 am (boarding was at 4.20, we got through TSA and made it to the gate with 6 mins to spare). So if you have an early flight like we did, make sure you prebook transportation. None of the car services we contacted the night we arrived had a driver available for that early the next morning.

This is not a fancy or updated hotel. This is a “need some rest for tomorrow’s duties” kind of stay. It’s clean and the staff is nice and helpful. The room we stayed in was comfortable for our big family and shuttle service was provided to and from the airport.

Nice staff. Breakfast was great. Eggs sausage and potatoes delicious and they also had packaged muffins and fresh muffins, packets of oatmeal to make and batter for fresh waffles to be made and individual sized cereal bowls and juices and coffee and teas and fresh fruits. Room was clean and comfortable. Sofabeds are never comfortable anywhere I’ve been and it was old looking. Parking was free and convenient

Everyone at the front desk is super friendly, great dinner recommendations. The drivers for the shuttle are very friendly as well. The room itself was ok, bed linen were clean, the bed comfortable. The sofa had lots of dirty spots on it, the shower curtain looked like it is falling from the wall any minute, the light switch in the front didn’t work, the phones didn’t work ( not at the front desk or in the room).

Info all stated 11 pm shuttle cut-off. At arrival they informed us it had stopped at 9pm. Hotel is dated, lots of holes in wall, stains etc. Our first room was uncleaned, possibly had someone inside. Left too early to try breakfast. Front desk staff accompanied us to new room, which was top floor, no complaints. Comfy bed! Nothing special for the price. They did offer us a free bottle of water in the morning =) Shuttle driver was super nice.

After getting delayed in Charlotte, the airport shuttle was the main draw to this hotel. The shuttle, check-in, and breakfast were exactly what we needed after a stressful end to a day of travel delays.
