From the location to front desk to housekeeping was awesome. Rooms clean and the sofa bed was clean! I think that is often forgotten during the cleaning but not on this stay! Definitely would recommend! If I’m ever in Charlotte again this will be my choice!

Perfect place to stay if you’re attending an event at Spectrum Center as it is across the street from the hotel. The staff welcomed us everyone time we walked in and were super helpful when it came to locating places at eat.

Parking here is absolute trash. Have to either pay their valet 55 dollars a day or pay the parking garage 60 a day. No pool. A Michelob Ultra was $10 at the bar- quite high. Staff was okay. Bartender very nice. Room pretty basic. Clean for the most part. View was meh.
