The staff was super nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Perfect area with multiple things to do, eat, and shop. It was concrete and close to the venue of the event we were attending.

Beware of pet deposit not listed

The staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. Problem came with the non disclosed pet deposit of $140 that was not refundable. The only thing listed in their website was a $20 per day pet fee, which I had zero problem with because it was something I knew about in advance. Not even in the pet addendum that I had to sign was there any mention of this non refundable deposit, which isn’t a deposit, it’s a fee. And people shouldn’t be blindsided by that.

It was a wonderful room and very clean. It had a full kitchen. The price was very reasonable. I was shocked that there was no restroom in lobby. That's the 1st thing people need to do after a long ride but we had to wait to check in and use the restroom when we got in our room. But the room was VERY nice!
