The staff are nice and courteous and rooms are clean. It is an older building, but nice and more than acceptable for business travel. My only downside was my refrigerator was not working and my food spoiled, but staff were quick to offer solutions.

The property is showing wear and tear. First night there was a lot of noise. Second night was quiet. Breakfast was very very limited. Swing shift and night shift employees were less attentive. Day shift staff was great. Good reliable transportation to the airport. I would stay there again for the price.

The tub didn't have a knob to turn the water on and off in the shower. There was no soap in room. The hot water was dripping when I entered the room causing the room to be steamy and the air was barely working

The staff was very friendly and polite, but otherwise this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I will definitely never book this brand again. Carpet in the halls and elevators tearing from the floor, the room was filthy, carpet stained and filthy, bathtub dirty, curtains stained, stains all over the walls, the phone and mirror, crumbs in the desk chair, literally everything I looked at was filthy! The refrigerator did not work, so I couldn’t keep my leftovers from dinner or my drinks cold, the room smelled awful and moldy, and to top it off they deactivated my key the second night of my stay, so when I came in with my hands full, I went all the way up to my room, the key didn’t work for no reason, had to go back to the front desk for them to reactivate it. Not recommended for a stay!

This property was disappointing. There were some people around the property who seemed sketchy. Johnathan the front desk agent was the best! He made sure me and my sister got to the elevator safely and he changed our room due to mold and dirt in our first room. He let us know that this proper was under new management and things would be changing. I hope so.

The place itself was outdated. The hallways stunk of pot and there were palmetto bug's hanging out on the ceiling. The room was disgusting with what looked like an old bloody handprint on the wall stains on the towels and crumbs on the floor. All in all I would NEVER stay there again nor do I recommend it.

As soon as we walked in the smell was horrible and we actually did check out the room which was disappointing. The bedspread was dirty, legit dirt on it with hair, possible pubic hair. The smell was just nauseating. We did not even want to check out another room that could have possibly been cleaner because I don't think you could have gotten the smell out of that place so we asked for a full refund we were able to get it and we left.

VERY poorly maintained property. It was run-down; only one of two elevators was working; only 2 ice machines on 4 floors and NEITHER ONE WAS FUNCTIONING. I would never stay there again. The only positive was that the 2 front desk gentlemen I interacted with were efficient and friendly.

If all you are looking for is a place to crash for between flights, instead of sleeping on the airport floor....this is a better option. That is about it. The hotel is in disarray....the TV didn't even have a remote- the bed cover had literally dirt on it that I had to brush off as if someone had walked on it- honestly it felt like the sheets weren't even changed. Some of the room lamps were not working, and the clientele staying there as were a bit shady

Overall horrible experience I was given the Wrong room that only had 1 bed when I booked a double for my 16yr old son and my self were celebrating his birthday. Things were broken in my room and just poorly working from the toilet to the heat.

Every person I talked with at the desk seemed uninterested in helping me. One time there was no one at the desk. People banged on doors but no response. After almost 10 minutes, someone had to walk outside to find the clerk.

Avoid this property at all costs.
We had 2 rooms reserved. Checked in too both rooms and never unpacked. Lobby was dirty and not maintained. Elevator smelled of urine. "Non smoking " hotel smelled like smoke especially in hallways. Both rooms had serious mold issues in the bathrooms and in my room the water in the tub was running and could not be shut off. Had a conversation with the manager and departed immediately. I have been charged in full and honesty Hotels.com have done nothing to help. This property should not be listed. Stayed at a new property at a very similar rate.

Seriously consider somewhere else!
This place was one of the worst places I have stayed at. The room was very disgusting. The sheets had loads of stains on them and the room smelled of smoke. The bathroom was terrible and stains everywhere.

Oh, where do I begin ... the check in was not friendly. When we got to the floor the hall reeked of musty smoke odor. The room # 413, also reeked of musty smoke odor, and the bathroom reeked of straight bleach.The toilet handle had to be jiggled every time, the tub dripped, the tub floor had something all over it, we could not take a shower, the comforter had a cigarette burn (we were staying in a non-smoking room), lightbulbs were missing, the carpet was nasty, the freezer part of the fridge was totally iced over!!! This is the worst hotel stay we have ever had. I'd be ashamed to put "Wyndam" on the name. Never stay here!!!! We smelled so bad, sick, naseaus. Had to "febrezee" my car and everything inside not washable. Shame!!! Oh, the pool was green - pitiful!!!

It was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. They advertise a Spa and pool, there was no Spa and the pool was closed with what looked like muddy water. My room was filthy and two towels in my bathroom looked dirty and what looked like a feces stain. When I asked for another room they said no snd when I asked for housekeeping to come and clean the room they said they weren’t available. I was so disgusted!

Its an older property. The rooms are a decent size and if it was keept up more it would be better than average. But the wear and tear is very apparent. The pool was advertised BUT it was closed and filthy, greenish brown water. They need to cover that up. The front desk staff were nice.
