"The room we stayed was spacious and quiet. It had enough storage and bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well, heat in the bathroom floor was a plus. Only one of housekeepers remembered to put coffee capsules for next morning but when called reception in the am they corrected it fairly quickly. Breakfast was plentiful but very little varied from day to day. We have stayed there for a week so having different options would be a plus. Compared to our stay there 2 yrs ago hotel is a bit more runner down but still comfortable. It is located on the dead end street which lends itself to being quiet. Close walk to restaurants and shopping."

But they are not responsive on a couple issues I reported via Hotels.com messaging: (1) On the third day, the front entrance door would not shut properly when people left; and (2) the roof-top terrace access panel had a drained battery and we couldn't get in. (They don't have a front desk and messaging is the only way to communicate...)"
