"The Hermitage hotel is the definition of true luxury and hospitality while being comfortable and friendly. It is the true definition for everything great The cleanliness is unmatched by any other hotel i stayed at. The hotel is completely ecologically sound, from electricity to water preservation. The neighborhood is extremely close to many great restaurants and very easily accessible to public transportation and cabs. The staff is extremely friendly, as if they know you from before. If there was any way to accommodate you, they will , and they did accommodate. Their gym is outstanding with plenty of equipment . I now measure any hotel standards to this hotel. I left with one thought, the desire to come back soon to Prague, just to stay at this hotel."

"the hotel is relatively close to the train station, about 20 min walking and 10 to the tram. The staff in the reception were not very knowledgeable, the young man, the day we arrive has to call his boss to know how check inn works. The hotel is nice, secure, has a safe and refrigerator, but we were sleeping in a sofa bed. Not to much space to put the luggage"

"This hotel room attacked me with bed bugs I have bites all over me . Manager is in denial says in 30 years of managing hotels she has never had this happen. I am especially annoyed that she is lying straight up. I get it it happens it doesnt mean they are dirty or bad but at least see my body and admit it ? She took photos and all she offered was a taxi to the rail station which is 3 minutes away ."
